I consider that this MBA program brought me benefits both professionally and personally. Graduating the program had a strong contribution in my career so far, it helped me face many challenges and gave me more courage in everything I undertake. Graduating an MBA or E MBA program implies the following conditions: desire, ambition, financial resources and openness to learning and development. After two years of participation in the program, if you can apply what you’ve learn, you win, besides the development of strictly the professional skills, an overview of your business; you develop your team work and project management skills.

My participation in the program represented an important step for my career. Everyone who wants to participate in this type of program should be aware that an MBA is a necessary condition, but not sufficient to advance, it does not stand as a guarantee of success. For me personally it was an important step, the opportunity to work with foreign teachers, very grounded in business, the networking and the sharing of experience with my colleagues, represented the biggest profit!

To me, the MBA has not only meant, but it still means! It is the departure base for a professional experience that you cannot have in an organized environment without the MBA, because in daily uproar from the workplace, you receive much information that you cannot interpret correctly if you are not properly informed.

The experience that you gain in different ways and from different sources is priceless. Therefore, now I do not attribute a patrimony value to the MBA, the way I did when I had to pay a certain amount of money at the ASE’s pay office.

It is undoubtedly that the Romania-German MBA, is an experience that any person interested in economics must not refuse to himself or herself, and the main argument is that for this MBA teach a whole number of professors that have great practical experience and that do not pass on only theoretical information, but also their life experience in economics.

Currently I am managing senior associated within my own Iawyer practice, I have 4 partners and 2 work points in the country.
